Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. International shipping may take between 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

House Of Alexander Vik is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
